Use this form to request Hero Fund assistance for a client whose pet needs care they can’t currently afford. Your medical judgment guides every case — we handle the funding. Approved funds are paid directly to your clinic.

Before You Submit

Three things that make a strong case.

Treatable & recoverable

The pet has a strong prognosis and a good quality of life after treatment. The barrier is cost, not the medicine.

Cost is the only barrier

The owner is willing but genuinely unable to cover the bill. The Hero Fund bridges that gap.

Your clinical call

You make every medical decision. We review the case and release funds — usually within three business days of approval.

Funds go to you

Approved amounts are paid directly to your clinic — never to the pet owner.
