Affiliate & Content Disclosure
Last updated: February 2026
We believe transparency is part of our mission. This page explains how our educational content is funded and how we handle any links to outside companies.
Educational, not advice
Our guides — including "Pet Insurance Explained" — are provided for general education only. We are not insurance agents, veterinarians, financial advisors, or attorneys. Always confirm current terms directly with a provider and consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.
How inclusion works
- Any company, product, or provider we mention is included on merit — because it helps explain the topic or is relevant to families making a decision.
- No company can pay to be included, ranked higher, or described more favorably. Inclusion is never for sale.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links on our site may be affiliate links. If you click one and take an action such as buying a policy, the Network may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. When that is the case, any money earned supports the mission — helping families keep the pets they love. We will always disclose this plainly.
Not every company we mention has an affiliate program, and we include those companies anyway. In other words, whether or not we could earn anything has no bearing on whether a provider appears or how we describe it.
Our promise
If a conflict ever arises between what earns the Network money and what best serves families, families come first. That is the standard our founders built this organization on.
