What we look for.
A Treatable Condition
The pet has a strong prognosis for recovery and a good quality of life after treatment. The barrier is cost — not the medicine.
A Participating Clinic
Care is provided by a licensed veterinary clinic. If your clinic isn’t a member yet, we’ll reach out to them — funds are released to the clinic directly.
The Clinic Makes the Call
Your veterinarian makes every medical decision. The Network builds and funds the support — we don’t direct care.

You won’t be left waiting in the dark.
We review each case as quickly as we can and coordinate directly with the clinic. If the Hero Fund can help, funds are released to the treating hospital — often within a few business days of approval.
